As a customer I would rate 5/5 to Brightside. My coach was Heena.

She spent a whole class to carefully listen to my needs and tailored the lesson plan based on it. The lesson plan itself gave me a great confidence that if I could sail through the course without missing classes I would 💯 be benefitted by it. Likewise I attended all the classes each lesson again tailored with contents based on my professional requirement. I see a drastic difference in how I approach a scenario previously and now. This is worth the time and effort.

Whenever Heena felt that my requirements are Vague and would not help her provide best solution she would listen more and fine tune the same. Heena is sure about delivering the best quality coaching to her students.

Austina Mam's classes are super amazing and amiable . My journey or 2 months with English and mam was incredible. I've never felt so confident in speaking and representing myself in english but mam made me realise language should not limit my heights. She gave me more than syllabus she herself figured out the area's of improvement and helped me improve in different ways. Her classes was so much fun we used to just talk in few classes that helped me to hold a conversation for long time and navigate my thoughts in a right way and faster while talking to anyone.
After her classes now I'm so confident to start a conversation in english earlier I used to avoid the on going english conversations also.
Mam had been a mentor for me who was never very formal or sticked to syllabus that made classes more interesting. She also made me understand how to seize opportunity in college as I'll be joining my college in few days and she already gave me some tips how can I make my college worth and enjoyable at a time 😀.
